The challenge
A client’s friend was struggling with a claim dispute and was facing an unfair settlement offer. They weren’t one of our clients at the time, but they needed help.

Our approach
We reviewed the claim, identified inconsistencies in the insurer’s calculations, and made a few strategic calls to negotiate on their behalf.

The outcome
The client received an additional $27,000 - a 25% increase on the original settlement. They’ve been with us ever since, and we now look after their full insurance portfolio.

Although they were not a client at the time (they certainly are now), one of our current clients asked if we would be able to help a close friend who was really struggling with a claim they were having with an insurer and really needed some help. We offered to help and reviewed the claim, the settlement they were being offered didn’t sit right with us so we made a few calls and a short while later they were issued at additional $27,000 (an extra 25% of their settlement). Needless to say they couldn’t believe it and have been a loyal client ever since.
